How To Treat Hair Loss Using Natural Home Remedies

We all lose some hair on a daily basis. The loss of up to 100 hairs per day is considered normal. Significant hair loss occurs at least twice per year – during the spring and during the autumn. Hair loss can also result from malnutrition, stress and various medical conditions.
The fall of more hair signals that something is wrong and that measures need to be taken. Luckily, there are several safe, natural ways to prevent and treat hair loss with home remedies. These include using herbs, oils, vegetables and massages to increase blood flow, activate the sebaceous glands, and provide nutrients to hair.

1. Mix in the proportions of 2 tablespoons of castor oil to 4 drops of essential oil of rosemary. Massage the warmed oils into the hair, cover and leave overnight. Wash the next day using a mild shampoo. This is a healing conditioner to prevent hair loss after illness. This will help in controlling hair loss.

2. Rub onion slices on the scalp until the balding area begins to turn red. Apply honey afterward to soothe and stimulate the scalp. Perform this method twice daily, in the morning and at night to treat hair loss naturally.

3. Brush your hair before going to bed. This will make hair stronger and will increase the flow of blood to the follicles. You can also use essential oils, when massaging the scalp. Lavender oil is very beneficial in the case of hair loss.

4. You could try rubbing some Amla oil onto your scalp. Also, try just simply rubbing your scalp. This is something that can help get the circulation of blood back up to the affected area, which could be the reason for your hair loss. If that does not do it for you, then you might want to try some alfalfa juice. This can give your hair want it needs to grow thicker and fuller.

5. Use a very mild or herbal shampoo daily and a protein or oil-based conditioner. Massaging the scalp regularly with a restorative oil tonic will also promote growth. Treat the hair carefully using only a very son brush or, preferably, a wide-toothed comb. If the condition does not improve consult a specialist. This will help in reducing hair loss.

6. Grind lime and black pepper seeds into a paste and apply to bald patches on the scalp. This will cause mild irritation, which increases blood flow to the hairless portions of scalp. Increased blood flow brings more vitamins and minerals to the hair follicles, promoting their growth. Apply twice daily for several weeks. This is one of the best hair loss treatment.

7. Wash your hair using aloe vera extract. Chop finely several aloe vera leaves. Add two cups of water and strain the liquid. Use this infusion to wash your hair. Aloe vera nourishes hair and stimulates its growth.

8. Before applying masks and nourishing hair, you must make sure that you have good scalp circulation. Blood carries nutrients to hair. Massage is one of the best ways to improve circulation.
